After 20 plus years as an executive with a graphic arts company in St. Louis, MO, Phil was able to combine his business acumen with his passion for private land management and begin a new career helping others achieve their dream of owning farmland and recreational property.

PHIL BROWN’S BACKGROUND
A graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, Phil has a B.S. in Agriculture / Animal Science, and he is also a graduate of Reppert School of Auctioneering. Phil received his Brokers license in 2012 and co-founded Trophy Properties and Auction along with business partner Jason Cleveland. Together, they have built one of the fastest growing brokerages in the Midwest.
Phil recently completed a three-year designation program through the prestigious National Auctioneers Association Certified Auctioneer Institute (CAI), earning the most revered professional designation an auctioneer can acquire. There are fewer than 700 CAI designees in the world, and two of them are on the leadership team here at Trophy Properties and Auction!
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Phil is involved in his community having served over nine years on the Board of Directors for Ronald McDonald House Charities including as the Chairman of the Board. He continues his charity work with Kids and Clays, a sporting clays tournament that benefits Ronald McDonald House Charities of St. Louis serving families with seriously ill children. He is an active member at the Missouri Athletic Club and a member of National Auctioneers Association.
Phil has been married to his wife Sandy for over 30 years. They love to travel and have been blessed to visit some great spots around the world. Favorite activities include spending time with their grown children and going to the mountains to hike, ski, hunt, and fish. When home in the Midwest, Phil’s favorite activity is working at the farm and improving the wildlife habitat. If you are a client, there is a good chance you have seen or heard about the latest farm project. Some are successful, and some not so much, but they are all fun and a great way to enjoy the outdoors!
