JASON WALLINGFORD’S BACKGROUND
With Missouri, Iowa, Kansas, and Illinois real estate broker’s licenses and a real estate career dating back to 2004, Jason brings immense real estate and auction experience to the Midwest.
Getting his start in auctions back in 2007, Jason attended auction school three years later at the Texas Auctioneers Academy in Dallas, Texas, where he learned how to run an auction company, bid calling, and other essential skills.
In March of 2014, Jason completed a three-year designation program through the prestigious National Auctioneers Association Certified Auctioneer Institute (CAI), earning the most revered professional designation an auctioneer can acquire – very few auctioneers achieve this accreditation.
His ability to focus on a sales transaction is uncanny, and his extremely high list-to-sale ratio demonstrates that his clients can feel comfortable that their property will sell.
From 2007-2010, Jason was among the top 10 agents in terms of sales volume for one of the largest real estate brokerages in the Midwest. He is committed to guiding clients through the process of auctioning property quickly and efficiently.
Born and raised on the family farm in Clark County, Missouri, Jason married his wife Linda in 1999 and has 2 sons, Jase and Jakeb. When he is not helping clients get the most for their property via iAuctions, Jason enjoys being outdoors and is an avid hunter and fisherman.

The process of addressing the belongings and real estate of lost loved ones is intimidating and highly emotional. Additionally, in my situation, I live two days away by car or two flights, with a limited amount of time I could spend to work through the process. My family recently utilized the services of Jason Wallingford at TPA to sell several parcels of land located in North Central Missouri. We utilized their internet auction service. We recently sold a farm by Jason Wallingford. Because we live out of State we interviewed (via phone and personally), five individuals from other companies. Interestingly, Jason was the only person who visited the property before reporting back to us with a selling plan. In our several conversations, we were impressed with his knowledge of the market.
