Stacy was raised in Sarasota Florida but after visiting family in Pike County, Illinois, she decided to make Pike County her home over 25 years ago.

She loved the small-town way of life so much; it led her to pursue her education in Agriculture. She attended John Wood Community College earning her Associates of Applied Science in Agriculture Business Management. After realizing her passion for farming and conserving agriculture land she decided to further her education at Western Illinois University obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Agriculture. Many of you might know Stacy from Maschhoff’s Feed Mill or surrounding grain elevators. She is also a United States Army veteran.

Stacy believes in learning as much as possible and being a well-rounded person. She enjoys riding motorcycles and side-by-sides, house plants/gardening, crocheting, being on the river, poker runs, baking sourdough bread, and spending time with her family and boyfriend, Josh.
