Mike Iberg’s Background

Mike is born and raised in the mid-west, loves the outdoors and is passionate about conservation. He has been working in the technology fields for the last decad after retiring from law enforcement:

Mike currently owns a boutique technology consulting and staffing firm, Trinity Business Solutions where he works with IT divisions and companies to deliver on a variety of corporate strategies and outcomes.

Prior to his time with Trophy, Mike has served in the Agricultural Technologies (Trinity) sector for the last decade. Mike helps regional Ag companies modernize how they leverage technology as well as organize their employees/divisions to better serve their internal and farmer customers. Mike also served a global agricultural company, driving digital innovation on to the field, which helped farmers across the globe maximize their investments through better seed placement, disease identification, and more.

Earlier in his career, Mike served in local and Federal law enforcement, including roles as an Intelligence and Field Training Officer, Supervising Detective, and Major Case Squad Homicide Investigator. These experiences honed his methodical approaches to complex issues, strategic thinking, and ability to lead under pressure — strengths he continues to bring into his professional roles today.

Additional Information

Mike has been lucky enough to be married to the love of his life Erin Iberg for over 14 years, currently living in the western St Charles County Area. They are active in volunteering at their church and beyond. When not working or building their own home projects, you can find them fishing, camping, or as close to water as they can get.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mike is passionate about integrative medicine after a personal health experience changed his life in 2022. He is committed to raising awareness of its benefits.
