CASSANDRA MAGRUDER’S BACKGROUND

I graduated from Southeast Missouri State University. I started my Real Estate Career in 2014. Working as a buyers agent I have helped first time home buyers, investors, couples downsizing and upgrading to find their perfect home. As a listing agent I enjoy marketing your property to make sure you get the best price as quickly as possible. I have also worked as a contract coordinator getting sales from accepted contract to the closing table as smoothly as possible. Through past and present real estate experiences I have grown a large list of contacts ranging from title companies to handyman to interior designers that I trust to help with your real estate needs to make your experience as pleasant as possible.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

I grew up in Pike County Missouri where I live with my husband and two children. I am excited to raise my children in the same community I grew up in. I enjoy being with friends and family, time at the farm, and going to the lake.
