Brad Merritt has been licensed since 1998, with a career dedicated to business growth. He currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Trophy Properties and Auction, overseeing operations in Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, and Iowa, and is also the Managing Broker for Missouri. In addition, Brad is a National Sales Coach for Leader’s Edge Coaching, where he coaches agents across the U.S. and Canada.
Previously, he was a Branch Manager for Coldwell Banker Gundaker, the #1 Coldwell Banker Realty company in Missouri. Before relocating to the St. Louis area, he served as the Principal Broker for a Top Five U.S. real estate firm.
Having held licenses in three states, Brad brings a wealth of experience in residential sales, rentals, property management, and new construction sales. He has earned multiple designations from the National Association of REALTORS® and two from the National Association of Expert Advisors.
A 20-year veteran of the U.S. Navy, Brad has extensive expertise in teaching and coaching adult learners. His achievements include recognition as a Master Instructor, earning a degree in Instructor of Technology & Military Science, and receiving Certified Technical Trainer credentials from The Chauncey Group International.
Brad is also the author of a 10-week coaching program, influenced by top national coaches and mentors. His coaching style focuses on scalable systems designed to grow businesses efficiently.
